Business owners and venue operators are responsible for ensuring that all information provided—including descriptions, categories, locations, and contact details—is accurate and up-to-date. Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from our platform without refund or compensation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and database structures, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of our organization or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for legitimate purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without express written permission.

User-submitted content, including business descriptions and images, remains the property of the submitting user. However, by submitting content to our platform, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, engaging in unlawful activity, submitting false or misleading information, or conduct that we deem harmful to our community. Termination may be immediate and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately.
