What We Offer

We’re more than just a gym. Since 2017, FitZone has been the go-to facility for serious athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Our 8 coaches bring over 10 years of experience each, and we’ve trained over 400 members since we opened.

The space itself is clean, well-maintained, and open 6 days a week. Two indoor courts with sprung flooring, a full equipment room, and a dedicated recovery area with stretching mats and foam rollers. We’re not fancy, but we’re real.

Most members notice improvements within 4-6 weeks. Not because of magic, but because we don’t skip the basics. Proper form, consistent training, and actual coaching that explains the why behind every drill.

02 Facilities & Equipment

Quality matters. We invest in proper equipment because bad gear teaches bad habits. Our two courts have sprung flooring that reduces impact on joints — important for young athletes doing intensive training.

The equipment room includes adjustable hoops at multiple heights so kids can train at regulation height as they grow. We’ve got speed bags, resistance bands, agility cones, and a full rack of weights for strength work. Plus a recovery area where members can stretch and cool down properly after training.

Everything gets maintained regularly. We’re not flashy, but we’re clean and functional. The lighting is bright enough to see what you’re doing, and there’s space to move without bumping into other people’s drills.

03 Our Coaching Approach

Coaching here isn’t just running drills. We actually teach. Every exercise has a reason. When someone struggles with their throw, we don’t just tell them to practice more — we break down the mechanics, show them what’s happening, and work on it step by step.

Individual attention is built into how we work. Groups stay small enough that each person gets real feedback. If you’re not doing something right, we’ll catch it and fix it. If you’re doing something well, we’ll push you further.

Most of our coaches have played at competitive levels themselves. They understand what it takes to improve because they’ve been through it. They’re patient with beginners but won’t let you develop sloppy habits that’ll hold you back later.

“The best part is that coaches actually explain why we’re doing things. Not just ‘do this exercise’ but ‘here’s why this matters for your game.’ That’s the difference.”
— Ahmed, 15

What Members Say

Wasn’t sure about it at first, honestly. But after the summer session my son’s coordination got way better and now he actually asks to go to practice. That’s when you know something’s working.

— Mariam, parent

I couldn’t do a proper jump shot until Coach Tarek showed me the footwork. Took maybe three weeks of drills but it finally clicked. Still working on my left hand though.

— Sara, 15

My daughter’s been going since September. She’s more confident now and actually made the school team last month. The coaches don’t just run drills — they actually explain the why behind everything.

— Omar, parent

Getting Started

We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 3pm to 9pm on weekdays and morning slots available on weekends. We’ve got programs for kids ages 8 and up. If you’re not sure which program fits, just come by and talk with one of the coaches — they’ll help you find the right level.

First session is low-pressure. We’ll show you around, introduce you to the team, and let you see what training actually looks like here. No hard sell, no contracts on day one. We’re confident that if you experience what we do, you’ll want to stick around.
